Stay the hell away from this company!!! They do not provide any assistance

<p>This is possibly the worst service I have ever received from a company... We have tracker in our company vehicle, our company vehicle brke down in the middle of nowhere immediately we alerted Tracker road side assistance</p> <p> </p> <p>TRacker then informs us that we are not a subscriber. I inform the gentleman - FAizal - that I am looking at the vehicle on mytracker site. He then transfers me to tracker to get the unit model so he can confirm that we are registered with Tracker - the idiot on the other end of the line then informs me that we are not subscribed with Tracker and our account has been canceled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I inform him that I am looking at the vehicle on mytracker how the hell is my account then cancelled. His response was its a glitch in the system. </p> <p> </p> <p>After a while I am put through to a lady that informs me that our account is active, and she doesn't know why the idiot will say our account is canceled. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the meantime we had to get help from another company. I am going to cancel all 30 of our company vehicles with this company!!! they are pathetic - when you are in an emergency they go out of their way not to help you!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned if you need help they will not help you!!! But when they want money they will stay in contact with you constantly!!!</p>
