Stay clear of tracker and their non existent client services

The unit on the vehicle is not operational, they gladly take your money each month....but, try and get a technician out to inspect the unit.....not happening!! After 2 weeks of phoning the call centre, emails and online messages I had one response from a technician that never came out or bothered to call and cancel the appointment....I will get legal assistance with this matter now due to my family that are driving a vehicle without a working unit, and my insurance company that are not going to cover me in the event of theft or a hi jacking. Tracker has no intention to assist me in this matter and anyone that considers using them should think twice and rather get a company that have a after hour client service desk....or even a client service desk from 08:00 till 17:00 that would actually assist you
