Stay away from Tracker

Please stay away from Tracker, I regret choosing them as a service provider. If I could give them 0 stars, I would do it without hesitation. Constant issues, regarding the tracking and location of my vehicle. When I know the vehicle is driving, it still shows as ignition off for hours before it decides to jump show vehicle location. Highly inaccurate position information, and delayed information (3 hours of no updates, but vehicle is moving). There were so many promises during the sign-up process, telling you things you want to hear, only for them to fail dismally later. I use a different tracking service on another vehicle (not making the same mistake again) and so much better by a country mile and live up to expectations. I cannot wait to leave Tracker, as I cannot trust them to locate my vehicle in the event that it gets ****** if they cannot even get vehicle movements correct now.
