SPECTACULAR SERVICE

Hi TrackerSA, in the morning I got a call from tracker and an agent who goes by the name of Gabisile Ngcobo who assisted me with an issue that I have been dealing with for such a long time without getting any good out come. The agent was so patient with my irritated self and she made sure I come down and allow her to assist me. You could hear she has a passion for she is doing and her resilience is beyond expectation she went as far as saying it is very vital I teach you how navigate around when I have an app issue and made sure that I get to the app while I still have her on the line as I was planning to cancel my services due to the app thats constantly not working.

Dear Tracker please make sure that such agents are nurtured and protected because she was able to save the day, she was able to give me hope around your company as I have been constantly getting bad service from your company since day one.
