Sms not received

Tracker insists i 'received' a sms stating i will be charged for not contacting them about my tracker. Its astonishing the type of service they offer. I Explained that i received no such sms and that if i did i would of definitely called because no one likes to be charged for nothing. They believe the customer should be held responsible for looking after their own account and product. Please i urge the South African public to think twice before dealing with such people, they are not interested in even getting to the bottom of this case but i have to wait 3 days for \their"decision. All funds are obviously used for sales but after sales is a 3 day wait for information alone. TERRIBLE SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. im not done"
