Slow, irresponsible and useless

Bought a new vehicle and requested that the tracking device be transferred to my account. It’s been 5 days and it’s still not done. Apparently there is a backlog. They know full well that the tracking device is a requirement for insurance. This is utterly irresponsible. What’s the point of them if they cannot provide the services they advertise. Their app and online portals also do not work. I will only be considering other tracking companies in the future.
