Skytrax connected to wring power line

I purchased a vehicle some time back and it was fitted by Tracker at Lindsay Saker Edenvale. My motor cars boot light has not worked for quite a while. When I took<br> my vehicle in for the first service I asked them to repair the boot light. I was told by the service advisor that the tracking system was connected to the wiring if the boot light and he could not fix it I had to request Tracker to change it to another power scource on my car. I phoned Tracker 2 days ago and they wanted to charge me R 550.00 to change it. After an argument I was told if it was their fault I would not have to pay. They said that they would call me to make arrangements for fitment. I have heard nothing from them. Funny when I originally had it fitted they were very prompt within two hours they phoned me back.
