Sinister work practises of Tracker Connect

Currently, I am paying for a service that does not exist and the tracker on my car does not work, I already had a tracker inspection and it still does not work. When I communicated to them to cancel they mentioned the cancellation fee but how can I be charged for something that does not work and is damaging my car battery as I started getting electrical faults which I have had no prior faults.

I have had 5 calls with them and they all repeat the same nonsense and I ask to escalate but nothing ever happens. they call you from non registered number which are flagged read and send bad email links.

this company is a providing wrongful service and is not helpful. I urge anyone recommended the service or planning to undertake a contract with them do not - they will try to frustrate you into leaving after damaging you vehicles' battery them claim that the "tracker does not drain battery"
