Shocking service and information of product

Worst service and explanation of service. Spoke to 4 staff members not wlone was able to assist. I had the tracker installed and it was not even activated and I wanted to cancel it reason being I was informed if I was hijacked and in the car I must call tracker. Really. They do not have a panic button. They do have a remote to hold a press for 5 to i seconds. I could be dead. The company way of determining if thr car is hijacked is by the way the car is driven. Really. Shocking service. I want a cancellation but they charing me for a system that so badly run. Even the supervisor was so rude. Non of staff I chatted to including the installer knew how the system works. In tuf times I'm now stuck with a company that is not even safe.
