Shocking lack of service

Service is **********. Tracker in vehicle not working for over a week now. Sent contact info to arrange for a techinician. No response after another 3 days. Eventually managed too arrange a technician today although no reference received so could have been been lie. Holding on for over 23 minutes to find out why technician is already almost a hour and a half late. They just killed my call
