Shady AF business, money con

Absolutely terrible service.

When requesting a new contract, all went smooth, til the day came for installation. The installer noticed that the NEW car already had a device and we needed only to change ownership. Easy enough right?? NOT... so started the days of back and fourth with the dealer and tracker. Tracker insisting that I must pay for installation and 36 month contract, even though to was paid for by the dealer and sold to me "New" and nothing disclosed about the car being tampered with for a tracking device. So not only did the dealership lie, tracker wants to con the customer out of more money for something not needed or given. It's shady AF and a money con.
