Service ...... No Service!!!
My dear older friend has been trying to get a hold of someone at Tracker to confirm the cancellation of her policies. She was given Work Item Number ***7 this time yesterday ........Nothing. The only person she did actually speak to, told her to hang on .......Nothing! Absolutely pitiful.
