I installed a skytrax device in one of my vehicles on 26 Apr 19 with a lot of nice promises of safe and good service according to their website. The booklet I received after the installation stated that I will receive log in details when I become a member of Tracker which I think I am. Well obviously I am not because I received no log in data for the Tracker app. The app and the whole Tracker website is not consumer friendly. I struggle with it and receive zero assistance from Tracker. I am starting to get the feeling this was a serious wrong choice and Tracker will only collect my money monthly with little service and when my vehicle is ****** it will be sorry we lost the signal sir. I think they must come and remove their devices because I am not willing to struggle daily with ****.
