Serious doubts about this product

I recently installed a tracking device, and simply wanted to test the unit. On the day of installation I was told to call back two days later to test the unit, today I call them back, one long story after the next. <br> <br> I now briefly read on hello peter, people having experienced where Tracker was unable to track their vehicle because of various reasons.<br> <br> Twice a year I am expected to have this unit tested. My exception is for the call center agent to tell me where my vehicle is located, i will then confirm the location and consider the test a success. The call center agent literally told me that they cannot tell me where my vehicle is. That is an unacceptable answer that I will not accept and I want someone with the ability to perform this test with me, to call me as soon as possible.<br> <br> I am not about to pay month installments for a service that does not appear to work. I'm with Tracker two days now and I am already not impressed.
