******** beware

If I could rate a lower rating I would, they don't deserve even a star with their ****py service. I call them to communicate that the car no longer has a tracker and cancel. They say no we will install it for you but they don't. And they keep charging me whilst I keep asking them to cancel. They just ignore me when I request information they ignore me. I just spoke to a lady to cancel she was literally shutting me down and not letting me voice my concerns. They are ******** and they don't even provide the service.
