I received a call from tracker saying that my unit was faulty and needed to be tested, repaired / replaced. i agreed and they fitted a new unit. i even received an invoice stating \replacement of faulty unit". <br> My contract with tracker had been paid by the dealership I bought my car from for a three year agreement. Following receipt of a request for payment via sms i called the call centre on 18/12/2015. I spoke to a very friendly lady who informed me that in actual fact my contract had expired and by having the new unit fitted they had changed the contract from the dealership name into mine. THIS IS *****! I received no notice of my contract expiring and was conned into this new contract with a lie that my unit needed replacing because \""it was faulty\"". i told her to cancel the contract immediately and arrange for someone to come and remove it. I even received a sms from tracker following my conversation acknowledging my request for cancellation and said someone would contact me to arrange this. Today I have received a threat to my credit record for non payment and I demand something be done about this or I will be forced to take legal action! """
