Save your money and don’t get tracker!!!!!

Don’t waste your time getting tracker. I got tracker installed and was paying every month, i traded my car in this year and asked for them to transfer the unit to my new car, that was in January, it’s June and its not done. I called again in, was told they will deactivate the unit and start a new contract with a new unit, they don’t remove the old unit because its cost effected for tracker yet i pay a fee to transfer it. Asked for a complaints email address, they said they don’t have one. I must email the manager directly. Don’t waste your time getting a tracker, after the contract ends you will still need to go on month on month for you car to be tracked. R220 x 12 months =R2640. R2640 x 3 years =R7920. You car is insured and every year you can call your insurance company and ask for a lower premium because the car lowers in value every year, waste of time and bad service from tracker.
