Santam behavior driving tracker.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Bills me for a product I don't use on a basis of a contract I did not sign or agree to.

I had insurance with Santam and they installed a tracker to track my driving behavior. I had an accident and the vehicle was written off, now Tracker wants me to still pay for this tracker on a car that no longer mine or pay a cancelation penalty on a contract I never agreed to. My contract/insurance was between Santam and myself. Santam has to call and collect the monies for the cancelation as I never had a contract with Tracker.

As well, the cancelation penalty was never disclosed to me in the event of total write-off, only on leaving my insurance.
