I spoke to an agent who sold me a tracker with a ring and yet the installers where instructed to install an alert unit. Secondly was told it's R199 without insurance however the unit sold is R99 with insurance and R126 without insurance as per installer document shown to me. Why do you have different price for one company? I have a sky track in my car already installed but you had ti sell me another unity instead of using the same. Is this how you maximise your collection? Am not happy with the unit i got verse what was telephonically agreed and price issue. Please revisit my telephone conversation and get back ti me. I also spoke to someone at head office who promised to get back to me. I hope to get this resolved soonest
