Rude, Uneducated staff, arrogant with no regard for their customers
this is the worst, most arrogant, rude uneducated lot I have come across in a long time. cancelled membership - received confirmation of cancellation - still bills account ....without authorisation for 3 months and has the audacity to send sms to threaten blacklisting.
