Rude employee

Called Tracker this morning. Was assist by K****tso Malebana. Ive never dealt with anyone as unpleasant and rude as your employee. No basic Customer Relations manners at all. Listening is a skill that she lacks and angle of approach: nonsensical. Please if you know whats good for company growth- move or address this matter please.
