Rude consultant

I called in today asking how far they are with regards to my refund as they have been billing me for two vehicles when I only have one , I was put through to a very Rude consultant by the name Blessing, he purposefully put me on hold for the longest time and did not assist with anything , kept cutting me when I was speaking . I asked for his surname and his response was that he’s the only blessing in the call center and it should be easy to find !!!!!!

All I want is my refund, I received an sms stating that the query has been solved now I he tells me that it’s gonna take between 5 to seven days to resolve ??

The service is beyond poor, if you can’t speak to customers please don’t do the job !
