Rude consultant

I was expecting a technician to come and install an impact sensor on my car today and for some reason missed his calls and had delayed notifications of his missed calls. I then called Tracker and spoke to a pompous consultant/agent named Tsholo who was responding to me in a very rude manner. I even decided to cancel the request due to his stinking attitude. Do better!
