I spoke to Ayola Ntozini. This lady has such an attitude and has too much pride to not notice when she is wrong. As an agent, you should love your job. She clearly is here just for the money. I have called multiple times regarding my assist button which nobody can help me with. Honestly dissapointed with this **** service. She literally muted me and cut me off after a while. Also nobody will bother calling me back.
