robbing consumers / unable to cancel for over 2 years.

terrible customer relations. being debiting my account for 2 years and still i cant stop a service for a car i don't own. which they will get a double payment for. this is after they explained i wouldn't need to pay for the upgrade because the car has been with them for such a long period of time.
