ROADSIDE ASSIST

<p>On the 28/08/2016 I received roadside assistance from Tracker. I then called and requested an invoice and was assisted by Natasha Ackerman from Europ Assistance and she sent the following:</p> <p>Date of assistance: 28/08/2016 @ 22h49 Tow from Ventersdorp to Kagiso & with a family run<br />Reference number: JF-EWR5-01 (Group D) tow = R2508.00 VAT incl.<br />Reference Number; JF-EWR5-02 (Group D) family run = 1801.20 VAT incl.<br />Total Cost = R4309.20<br />Tracker Cover for a group A/R695.00<br />Client liable for the difference of R3614.20</p> <p>I then requested her to Kindly explain the charges on the invoice, because I was informed that tracker covers 40 km and I only need to pay the difference and it is ±70km from where I was to Kagiso . I also wanted to know how much is a cost for a kilometre and why was I not informed that Tracker doesn’t cover the familyrun? She then said she will have to investigate and revert back to me. This will entail listening to the calls between the parties on the evening of assistance and will then liaising with the service provider. On the 06/10/2016 I called Tracker and requested their bank details to pay my monthly subscription as I have stopped their debit order until the matter is resolved. To my suprise I was informed that Tracker credited R1000 on the invoice for the familyrun which they weren't covering. I then said to Natasha am not happy with that as it does not answer my questions regarding the service I received. She then promised to gtet to the bottom of this and come back to me. Until today I am still waiting and am extremely furious at the moment with their service after being such a loyal customer for so many years. PLEASE ASSIST!</p>
