Road Side NO Assist

I joined Tracker Connect last year, The service i signed up for 1 of the 2 vehicles that i registered came with a panic, i was informed that if the panic was pressed there would be road side assistance. This service costs R196 pm. Only to discover after being stuck along a dangerous road that this is in fact not the case, the service that has this facility costs R199 pm. My 62yr old mother was stuck along a dangerous road with no help.

If i was informed that this was not the correct option would i not have opted for the option that costs R3 more a month.

I got this facility for peace of mind only to have my poor Mother frantic along the road.

I have since upgraded to the correct option and asked to speak to a supervisor, i was informed a supervisor would call me back....
