Ripping Tracker

I took this tracker for my car through phone call, 1. I asked about Pro Rata on our conversation informing her that I have it, she advised me to allow the debit to begin exactly on my pay date to make it month to month that won't be extra days inbetween then I'll be able to run away from "pro rata" I agreed on that basis and she assured me that the conversation is recorded, I will be paying R145 monthly by August 2022. Debit check was sent with R426 I rejected it. I called them questioning they disputed the pro rata agreement they made other promises. I wasn't pleased I asked them to cancel the whole thing , they now told me that for cancellations I will have to pay them a thousand and couple rands , which was never mentioned. In August 2022 they could not get money on my account. Now in September 2022, they took from my bank account R527 and R746 all at the same time.i am a pensioner and also have another responsibilities to look at, everything depends on me at home my kids are not working I have Municipal payment I need to do and food to buy , transportation and school payment for tell kids. Please help me.
