********** by Tracker over and over again

Tracker has got to be the worst business operators in SA. I have been ********** by them not once but twice. First I was overcharged on my installment. Before installation I advised Thandi i was with Neststar( best choice guaranteed) and will complete the month with netstar and start with tracker in new month. Why would I pay 2 premiums for same service.)Thandi was compliant and agreed the installment will go off beginning of following month.(which is common sense)’To my horror I paid for 2 units. When I enquired, a wall went up immediately even though sharleen heard me out it’s clear she had no intention of assisting me. All I got was NO and what their company rules are. Certainly no concern or care for their clients. I’m truly sorry i did not visit hellopeter before signing anything with tracker. I initially held off on posting anything before but today I learn I’m being ********** from earning Ebucks. Once tracker received their first payment all my concerns /queries were ignored totally. Sharleen nog happy with my query sends a recording which cannot be opened. The more i tell consultant (Amanda and Giselle etc )were just as unhelpful. I called several times after and got no joy what so ever. I asked many questions before taking out contract and still I lose. I don’t understand how this company survives when they are ******* and dishonest . People pls be aware of Tracker. I guarantee you will if not already had/have a problem with this business.
