********** by Tracker Connect PTY LTD. Mafia way of doing business

I have been trying to cancel my tracker service insurance with Tracker PTY LTD ( Reg No ***) since 28 February 2022. My car was involved in an accident after it was ******. Tracker assisted wit tracking the site of the accident. The car was found but was written off by the insurance and it has not been operating since February. Tracker continued to ask for payments although the car was written off and immobile since then. My requests for cancellation were ignored and I was threatened with legal action if I do not pay. Their lawyers demanded I final payment if I want to cancel. I made the payment. Now a person called Excavia Leyds from a Tracker has sent me a message informing the that I must continue with payments until July 2024 even if the car is a write off and there has been nothing to track since February 2022. Kindly assist I feel that I am being ********** by Tracker and this is an unfair and customer unfriendly way if doing their business.
