Rip-off of loyal clients
Just received a notification of increase to R 255 p.m. for the Care tracker option, which Tracker sells for R 199 to new clients. Truly a rip-off of a loyal client for many years. One needs to look elsewhere for companies that treat their loyal clients fairly and deserve their clients continued support. Tracker should be ashamed for ripping of existing client in this way.

06 Sept 2023, 10:30I TWICE asked two of Tracker's consultants that my option be downgraded to R 119 pm. Lo and behold, I received a debicheck request for R 255. Really bad service of Tracker!
