I am not happy with the service I received from the consultant Precious from the retentions department,

I called in, In August to cancel my tracker due to affordability, she convinced me to stay and reduced my premium to R128 from R175, and then informed me that for the month of August I will pay the R175 and start paying the reduced premium in September, to my surprised when I received the invoice yesterday, they are saying they will debit R198 not the R128, I called in to find out and hlengiwe from the customer service informed me that precious will contact me to rectify but she didn’t contact me, I want this to be sorted out before you debit the amount I did not agree to, if you can’t debit the R128 I agreed to please cancel my tracker, I will take my business elsewhere
