response time on theft

My quantum was stollen yesterday from Wits Linder Auditorium around 13:09.I called tracker immediately when I received a tamper notification from tracker.it took them more than 20min to send a response vehicle to search for my quantum at the last know location.a day has passed & no one has located my quantum or the tracking devise unit.I am currently driving around the area to find my quantum.I am really disgusted with tracker.they advertis so much but proved no good to me today.I am also dissapointed with the law on our country.it only protects the *********.
