Requested tracker unit from 19 Jan nt received yet

On 15 Jan 2015, my car was ******, 2hrs later the tracker unit was supposedly found and not the car. On 19 Jan 2015, I spoke to Lungile Nkosi from Tracker customer service and requested the tracker unit from my car that was found after my hello Peter post. I was told she was speaking to her manager to get the procedure to get me the unit on the 19 Jan 2015 and haven't heard anything since. I have been mailing weekly and now she has stopped responding.<br> If my tracker unit was found and not my car, my cant I have the unit? I mean I did pay R300 a month for 3.5 years tracker premiums for a car that was never recovered by tracker. Now I can't have the unit???<br> <br> Oh...
