Repayment of past premiums
I sold my old Polo Vivo in Jan 2018 and bought a BMW.
I told the lady from Tracker that is based in BMW AutoBahn that the old tracker on the Polo must be cancelled and a new unit must be installed for the BMW.
Now i recently found out that since Feb 2018 until now, I have been paying two tracker premiums! One for the BMW and one for the Polo Vivo. I traded the Polo in to BMW in Jan 2018, so it has been 8 months since the ownership moved from my name.
I need tracker to repay me the premiums I have been paying on the Polo Vivo. I can't be paying for a car that I do not own anymore.
