Remove my name from XDS

I have taken tracker in Dec 2015, Apr 2017 i sold my car when i called them to tell to cancel the debit orders because i have sold the car they told me that have a contract for 36 months with them, i never signed any contract with tracker an they informed me its a verbal contract i requested the recording, since June i have not received the recording instead they debited my bank which i reversed the debits coz i was not going to pay for something that i don't have. They have recently sent me a copy of the application form that i signed with does not state that i am contracted with them for 36 months and that sould i want to terminate the contract i would have to pay for the remaining months . now they have listed my name on ITC and handed the account over to attorneys who keep calling me nonstop regardless of having explained to them that i am waiting for tracker to send me recording that they have where i agreed to 36 months contract
