Regret installing a Tracker

Has Tracker Skytrax installed in a car and all it does is freeze. When asked why i am given an excuse it is poor cell coverage... They advise the client you can track your vehicle... they don't tell that it usually does not work. Technicians call out can take a week, and you can never be transferred to a supervisor so I assume they have no supervisors or manages in the call center. Bad decision on my part but some make of cars come out with the product installed at a good price... but the product dos not work.
