Refusing to cancel cotract 2yrs after vehicle was sold

Tracker reached out a year ago about my outstanding amount I needed to pay. I disputed the amount as I had sold the vehicle in question. I requested the account be closed. They told me on that "recorded call" that the account is cancelled but I am still liable. My account was eventually handed over to lawyers and after back and forth with the Lawyers I eventually settled the account. I requested assurance that the account is closed all I have to do is to settle the outstanding debt. I settled the amount and to my shock a few months later I am getting a fresh tracker bill. I called their accounts department to enquire, and it appears the "recorded calls" where I request my account to be cancelled are not on record. Tracker is obviously running and organized ****, all you have to do is to look at many people who are complaining about this very same issue here on Hellopeter.
