refusal to remove ******** installation

My ex installed a tracking advice into my vehicle without my knowledge. I asked tracker to cancel but they refuse because the device is in his name. I mailed them proof it is my vehicle, and a protection order because he is abusive and he follows me. They still refuse. This matter is still with their 'legal team'. It has been more than 2 weeks now and no-one at tracker seems to care that he stalks me or that he might be dangerous. I cannot go anywhere because I am afraid. They don't even worry that I threatened to post this complaint here, or that my next step is a complaint to Carte Blanche. So any posessive jealous man can take details of his girlfriends / wifes vehicle, have a device installed in her vehicle, make her life a living hell, but they don't even care if it is her vehicle, registered in her name, just as long as they get their money. Oh, also, they expect me to pay to have it removed, even though I never gave permission to install it in the first place. Is this not against the POPI Act?
