Refusal (or lack of competency) to correct inaccurate odometer reading

Tracker did an installation on my vehicle and for some reason they decided to capture the wrong or non-existent odometer reading in the odometer section of my vehicle profile.

I have, for few weeks, been trying to have Tracker correct the information that they themselves decided to capture wrongly - I did not submit the wrong odometer readings to Tracker, tracker decided to capture the wrong odometer reading on their own volition. It is now a mission to track and know the real status of my vehicle.

I am not asking Tracker to do me any favors, all I am asking is for Tracker to correct their own mess, which they are clearly not willing to correct or they have no competency to correct it!
