refund due
<p>I have called in to cancel my contract and to request for refund as I am in credit with my payments.</p> <p>It's more than two weeks no refund has been made. And I need confirmation that my contract has been cancelled</p>

07 Nov 2016, 14:26Hi, I just got a call from tracker. I was advised by the person that called that my you still going to debit 25.11.2016 cause I cancelled on the 26.10.2016. Which is not the case I called before the 26.10.2016 which the consultant that I talked said my payments are up to date and policy is cancelled in time. Please advise
