Redundant Processes

I called Tracker back to return a call I had missed, the agent I spoke to first verified that it was me through asking security questions, she then asked what I wanted and I told her and she immediately transferred me to someone else, upon answering he asked me the same security questions id answered not even a minute before then. I informed him that id just answered those security questions and then lady had been satisfied that it was me hence she put me through to him. He refused to assist me. That’s unacceptable! What’s the reason for recording the calls, because I had been recorded verifying myself and within 30 seconds I must verify myself again! Come on Tracker, let’s have processes in place that make sense. I don’t mind answering security questions but I do mind having to do so every 30 seconds
