Really bad service

I have tried to email and call tracker the entire month to end the service, no one is coming back to me. The unit we have on our car is faulty it drains the battery. we had it checked and there is nothing wrong with the battery. this happened 4 times this week that the car wont start. I reported it and received a mail back that you only received one report in 30 days that the battery was disconnected. We need this removed!! this is not a service i will recommend at all.
