<p>I have contract with tracker for my car tracker, in june this year they sent me an email advising me to re install my tracker for free and now they sent attorneys to harrass me with payment of that re installation. when i got a call from the attorneys I explained and my story and trecker contacted me and i explained the same story and say they going to investigate. they send me an sms saying they done with the investigation my query ref no: 15372. they say its resolved and norton attorneys keep on deducting money from my account and i keep on reversing it. they never bother to call after smsing me or email. poor service, incompetence, and ignorance is really irritating me. it is even a mission to get hold of them when calling.</p>
