PURE INCOMPTENCE FROM TRACKER
Some idiot from your callcentre Neo Ranthimo contacted me last month telling me that my tracker account is due to expire.I told him that i am interested in renewing but my contract only expire end of May. To my utter dismay and disgust, this guy went ahead and activate the new contract ontop of the current contract, issue a pro rata invoice for april and May, now i recieved a very disturbing sms that I am owning R430, FOR WHAT. SOME BS INCOMPETENCY. I even told him to rectify the issue and he didnt bother with it, although he is the one who contacted. CAN SOME ONE CONTACT ME AND SORT THIS MESS OUT.I M NO LONGER INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH THIS NEO CHARECTER! THIS IS UTTER ******* AS I DIDNT EVEN ACCEPT THE NEW CONTRACT. HE DOESNT DESERVE TO BE WORKING THERE
