Provident fund

This is really a joke. After working with no problems and my provident fund amount being deducted peacefully from my pay on a monthly basis we now need to CHASE TRACKER FOR CLAIMING? What joke is this ? I Resigned in December and submitted my forms on the 5th of January, it marks a month today and no one responds to emails in your Payroll offices. No submissions no claim numbers. Can I have my claim reference number for MY MONEY!!!! or let me know if we need to send emails to your HR heads for assistance. This is really a trend!
