Proffesional assistance from Tracker

I had to cancle a tracker unit after i sold my vechicle ,i then called *** the intial call was awnsered by a lady but due to bad line i had to call back. I young lady of which i dont remeber the name did assit me .She was friendly ,helpfull and very chatty all i know she stayed in Kempton Park and now in Randburg and she is 26 years old .
