Poorest service of them all

Your service of late is the worst.I have been with you since 2014,been renewing my contract without issues.For the first time this year it has become a hassle.First your consultants at 0860 gave me the run around for months,promising me someone will contact me and never did.I got saved by contacting you on Facebook messenger,only then a consultant called me and we scheduled fitment for Wednesday 12th @09:40, an sms came re-scheduling to Saturday the 14th at 09:40, another one came rescheduling to Friday 13th 09:25.Not even a call to check if I'm available or not just an sms,prompting me to call again trying to reschedule because I mean you can't change dates 3 times,3 times as if one is just sitting waiting for only you guys.This is the highest level of being unprofessional.Makes one wonder whether the tracking service is worth it or not.
