Poor, unprofessional, and unreliable service.

How on earth should a useless company like Tracker expect money for poor and unprofessional service? I had two products with this company, the 1st one (SkyTrax) was always defective and had to be replaced couple of times and the service for the other unit(Retrieve) was so bad that I lost cer*****y that the can retrieve my car. Whoever is using Tracker Connect should really consider cancelling their contracts before it's too late. Alternatively, pay attention to the Terms and Conditions, you will notice that; they will blame you if your car is ****** or missing. I want to expose this company that threatens clients.
