Poor service...putting clients lives at risk

I would like to make it clear that, I informed tracker about my devices i both cars not working properly. They got a call agent to contact me and they informed me that a technician will contact me. this has been over 3 months now. Every time i contact them, i am called by the call agent and not the technicians. My devices have to been attended to and should anything happen, what am i suppose to say to my insurance? this is poor customer service and I am appalled by this service considering how long I've been a client.
